Work Packages

The Resolve project comprises six distinct work packages, each with specific objectives and deliverables:

WP1

RESOLVE data platform and MRD registry

  • We establish a data platform and MRD (Minimal Residual Disease) registry.
  • Deliverables include documents for user and data management, data dictionary, contract templates for clinical sites, MRD registry clinical protocol, and data management plans.

WP2

MRD standardization across Europe and MRD analysis in registry and RCPT patients

  • Focuses on standardizing MRD procedures across Europe and analyzing MRD in Registry and Trial patients.
  • Deliverables include standard operating procedures (SOP) for MFC-MRD, training/quality assessment plan, SOP for cryopreservation of cells, and MRD automation software.

WP3

Development of a participatory research pipeline

  • We develop a participatory research pipeline for engaging stakeholders.
  • Deliverables include a consented list of PROMs (Patient-Reported Outcome Measures)/FROMs (Family-Reported Outcome Measures), Living Lab report, digital medicine app specification, and HTA (Health Technology Assessment) report.

WP4

RCPT evaluating MRD as a treatment-guiding, minimally invasive diagnostic tool for AML and CLL

  • Focuses on evaluating MRD as a diagnostic tool for Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) and Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL).
  • Deliverables include a study submission package, electronic Case Report Form (eCRF), midterm recruitment report, and report on the status of results.

WP5

Dissemination, exploitation, and communication strategy

  • Focuses on disseminating project findings and communication strategies.
  • Deliverables include a dissemination, exploitation, and communication plan, public website, communication including publications, and reports of annual meetings.

WP6

Coordination and project management

  • Responsible for coordinating and managing the Resolve project.
  • Deliverables include organizing and documenting the annual meetings, ensuring smooth communication among partners and the EU, managing project timelines and milestones, facilitating collaboration among partners, and ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations.

The work packages are interrelated to reach the common aim and objectives of RESOLVE.
